Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping mode is GROUND. Larger, console type copiers and equipment over 120 pounds will usually go with trucking companies.   For smaller items, such as supplies and smaller copiers/printers/faxes up to 120 pounds, we will use UPS, FEDex, DHL, and other courier/delivery services.

If you need something expedited, please call or email us to get a quote for next day, 2nd day, or other special request.
Depending on the item, we ship from multi-warehouses throughout nation to serve you better. This can speed up the process in you getting your products.

Your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive in separate packages. On most items, we ship on the same business day if we receive your order before 2:00 P.M. (PST). However, our normal order processing time is one to three business days. Any orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on a holiday will be processed on the next available business day (Monday through Friday). If your order will be subject to any delays (i.e., back order or further credit card verification), we will notify you immediately. Once we deliver your order to the carrier, we will e-mail you a confirmation that your order has been filled and shipped, along with a tracking number for your convenience.  We reserve the right to charge additional fees for special requests, bulk orders over $1,000, and pallet orders. In such cases, we will contact the customer before prior to shipment.
