SHIPPING METHODS

USPS First-Class
For small items, we ship via USPS First Class with estimated 1-5 business days delivery after leaving our facility.

UPS/FEDEX Ground
For larger items weighing 70 lbs. or less, we ship via UPS or FEDEX Ground with estimated 1-5 business days delivery after leaving our facility.

LTL Freight Curbside Delivery
For heavy machines and oversized items weighing 71 lbs above, we ship via Commercial Freight. The transit time is between 7-10 business days, after the package has been processed and shipped. We will contact you to confirm your shipping details before we book your shipment. Prior to delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery. Someone must be present on the day of the delivery and sign the proof of delivery.

All freight shipments are shipped up to the curbside only. The delivery driver will drop the shipment onto the ground, curbside, at the end of your driveway. The customer will be responsible for its relocation and assembly from there. Requests for residential, inside or remote delivery will incur additional shipping charges. We will notify you if this arises prior to product shipping.

We employ logistics companies that specialize in shipping office equipment. Every copier is packaged using pallets and crates to ensure intact and safe delivery from our warehouse to your location.

Local Pickup & Delivery
Warehouse pickup is available for local customers within 30 miles of Corona, CA 92878. We will prepare your order and notify the pick-up day & time via phone call or e-mail. Once everything is ready, you can come to our warehouse to pick-up your order anytime within our operating hours. Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

We also offer delivery within LA County, Orange County, Riverside County, and Las Vegas NV at an extra charge. Contact us for a quote.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US
The customer will be responsible for all taxes, duties and customer broker fees which are not included or provided by the freight estimate supplied with quotation.

For shipments outside of the continental US (Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii) - alternate methods of shipping other than ground service may apply which result in additional freight charges not provided by the freight estimate.

SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments are insured by the ABD OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC. Delivery lead times quoted are estimates only. We shall not be liable for delay in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of any government, acts of civil or military authority, acts of Buyer, application of US Government priorities, fires, strikes, floods, war, terrorism, riot or civil commotion, delays in transportation, difficulty in obtaining necessary labor or materials.

In the event of any such delay, the date of delivery shall be extended for a period of time equal to that lost by reason of the delay.

Upon Delivery

Before signing for the proof of delivery, the customer should thoroughly inspect the freight and look for visible damage.

(a) If there are no visible signs of damage, the customer should check the correctness of the details of delivery receipt and sign the document.
(b.) If substantial damage is noted upon inspection, please do not accept the shipment/delivery and do not unpack damaged pallets or crates. It is the customer’s responsibility to notate and document the damage with photos and/or videos and to notify ABD OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC. immediately or within 24-48 hours. Notification of damaged freights received beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.

ABD OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC. accepts exchanges WITHIN 10 days (exchange/replace period) of delivery. The machine should be tested within this period.
