With the Xerox Pagepack system, you pay a low base monthly fee, with a set base of copies/prints, and overages to be billed at low rates.
All service and supplies are included (expcept paper) in this program. You have a predictable cost and will avoid expensive supplies costs, as well as unplanned service expendicutres. Your print and copy usage will be monitored by a small software program on your PC that will automatically send Xerox monthly print/copy usage. This tool will also allow you to order supplies anytime, which will be shipped directly to you the next day.
