In-stock products will ship out from our warehouse 1-2 business days after orders are placed.

Back-Order

Back-order products will ship as soon as they come back in stock.


Demo/Used/Refurbished

All machine orders are subject to 5-7 working days lead time (excluding weekends and holidays).

WARRANTY COVERAGE

The warranty coverage differs with the condition of the product purchased:

I. Brand New Condition
    1. Printers/Copiers/Copier Accessories & Parts - These products carry a manufacturer's warranty that typically covers parts and service for a year effective from the date of delivery.
    2. Consumables - Toner cartridges, maintenance kit, drums and fusers come with a 30-day warranty effective from the date of delivery.
    II. Demo & Refurbished Condition

      These units are backed by a 30-day parts warranty effective from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any mechanical parts that malfunction under normal conditions of use. In the event of a defect or damage to the product, ABD OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC. will decide whether:

      1. To remedy the defect free of charge with regard to parts and labor by making a repair.
      2. To replace the product with an equivalent or similar product.

      Please note that the warranty does not include the following:

      1. Consumables such as toners, drum unit, developer, and fuser. These units are being sold "as-is" with existing consumables installed at a minimum of 30%.
      2. Repairs that are not carried out or authorized by ABD OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC or parts damaged from installation by someone other than a qualified technician.
      3. Damage or failure to follow the safety instructions or the operating instructions, Acts of God, accidents, non-permissible or exceptional loading, erroneous handling, unauthorized modifications, or other effects caused by high voltage or current.

      III. Used Condition

      These products are being sold “As Is.” No warranty expressed or implied unless stated on the product page.

      RETURN & REFUND POLICY

      I. Brand New Products
      New products bought from www.abdofficesolutions.com may be returned within 30 days from delivery date and is subject to 20% restocking fee. Provided the item/s is unused and accompanied with proof of purchase and in their original packaging and complete accessories. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

      II. Used & Refurbished Products
      ABD OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC does not accept returns on used and refurbished products. However, in instances where the wrong product or damaged product is delivered to the customer, we will either initiate the return for the wrongly/damaged delivered product or initiate shipping a replacement product again, as the customer may request upon communication with provision of documents and proofs. Such communication has to be initiated by the customer within 10 days of delivery.

      III. Return and Exchange Policy for Defective Items
      We understand that receiving a defective item can be frustrating, and we want to make the return and exchange process as easy as possible for you. If you receive a defective item, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure that you receive a product that meets our high-quality standards.

      Returns:
      If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the defect within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

      To be eligible for a return, the defective item must be unused and in its original packaging. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying that it is defective, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

      Exchanges:
      If you prefer to exchange the defective item for a replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the defect within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

      To be eligible for an exchange, the defective item must be unused and in its original packaging. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying that it is defective, we will send a replacement product to you free of charge. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

      Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.

      We also do not offer exchanges except under the following circumstances:

      1. A product is either out-of-stock
      2. Wrong product has been delivered
      3. A product is proven to be defective
