Copier and Printer Repair Service Rates

* Minimum In-shop Diagnosis/Estimate Fee: ($40.00). Also applies if service is refused b/c of increased estimate on parts.

* Minimum Field Service Rate is due upon arrival at site of customer, whether machine is repaired or not (depending on parts, etc.)

Remarks:

1. Travel Charge included up to 18 miles radius of ABD. 20-30 miles, add $10.00. Over 30 miles, add $2.00/mile.

2. Certain exclusions apply - check with Service Manager for these.
