1. What’s included in the price? Once you’ve chosen the model, your device is installed for free. Copy, scan, and print all you want. Regular maintenance, toner and normal use repairs are all included.
2. How long am I locked in? We have options for whatever works best for your business. Our contracts are 36-, 48-, or 60- months.
3. How do I choose a device? When you speak to one of our document solutions experts, they'll help guide you to find which device is best for your business based on your unique needs.
4. What’s not included in the price? It really is all-inclusive. You get all the toner you need and regular maintenance at no cost for the entire length of the contract. All you need to supply is paper and staples!
5. What if I want more than one device? Great! There’s no limit to the number of devices you can choose with the Kyocera Unlimited Plan.
6. How can I get started? It’s easy – fill out your information, or give us a call, and you’ll be connected with a document solutions expert who will help you decide which device is right for your business.
7. What happens at the end of my contract term? At the end of your term, we will contact you and discuss your options. You can enter into an agreement on a new device or simply have us return your present unit.
8. What if my business needs change during the term and I need a larger device? Kyocera can provide you with a variety of options to address your changing business needs. For an additional fee you can swap out your existing unit for one with more capabilities or add an additional device if needed.
